Within this Area of the Website you will be able to check days and times of classes for JKA Dunfermline Baldridgeburn Karate Academy and also surrounding Areas.  The Associations website lists all dojo's.

All Instructors are fully insured, have PVG enhanced disclosure, are first aid qualified and have numerous coaching, health and safety accreditations. All are available to see on request. 

Sensei Susan Campbell - 3rd Dan JKA

• Started training - November 2004 under Sensei Jim Wood MBE - 7th Dan JKA
• Achieved Dan Grade - With Sensei Osaka 8th Dan (JKA Hombu) 2008
• Opened Baldridgeburn Dojo - June 2008
• Achieved 2nd Dan JKA - with Sensei's Kurasako 7th Dan, Sensei Takahashi 6th Dan & Sensei Okuie 5th Dan (JKA Hombu )- October 2010
• Has attended JKA Hombu Dojo, Tokyo, Japan to Train 7 times in the last 10 years  with 8 times overall and bring back the JKA teachings to the students on multiple occasions.
• Achieved 3rd Dan JKA - with Sensei's Kawawada 7th Dan JKA, Sensei Chubachi 3rd Dan JKA & Sensei Ohta 7th Dan JKA - October 2013
• Has sat and passed JKA International Technical Qualifications: 'C' Instructor, 'C' Judge & 'D' Examiner.
• ITEC International Qualification at Credit Level in Anatomy and Physiology.
• ITEC International Qualification in Massage Therapy / Sports.

Sensei Jim Murray - 5th Dan JKA

• Started training JKA Shotokan - 1983
• Trained under Sensei Jim Wood MBE - 7th Dan JKA
• Achieved Dan Grade - with Sensei Enoeda 9th Dan (1988)
• Also achieved 2nd & 3rd Dan with Sensei Enoeda 9th Dan
• Achieved 4th Dan JKA with Shiahn Ueki (Chief Instrucrtor - JKA)  - (2006)
• Opened Tullibody Dojo - 1990
• Has attended JKA Hombu Dojo , Tokyo, Japan to train 11 times over the last 12 years to bring back the JKA teachings to the students.
• Has sat and passed JKA International Technical Qualifications: 'C' Instructor, 'C' Judge & 'C' Examiner.
• Achieved Current Grade - Godan (5th Dan JKA) with Shihan Ueki Sensei (Chief Instructor) of JKA World Federation, Sensei Ohta 7th Dan JKA, Sensei Larson 7th Dan JKA, Sensei Shimizu 5th Dan JKA. 29th September 2013.

Sensei Sam Ross - 3rd Dan JKA

• Started Training JKA Shotokan - 1975 for 3 years and then returned in 1990
• Trained under Sensei Jim Wood MBE - 7th Dan JKA
• Achieved Dan Grade - with Sensei Enoeda 9th Dan (1994)
• Achieved 2nd Dan with Sensei Enoeda 9th Dan JKA
• Achieved Current Grade - 3rd Dan JKA with Sensei's Kurasako 7th Dan, Sensei Takahashi 6th Dan & Sensei Okuie 5th Dan (JKA Hombu) - 2010
